Factors involved in managing costs to produce PCB

• Base price for a square decimetre of FR4 material, 35-micron film thickness and material thickness 1.6mm

- FR4 one-sided PCB - 5,90 BGN with VAT included 
- Two-sided PCBs FR4 - 7,90 BGN with VAT included 
(the price for two-sided printed circuit boards is indicated without metallization of the holes)

• Base price for a square decimetre of Aluminium, Alu one-sided printed circuit boards, 70-micron copper foil thickness and 1.5mm aluminium pad thickness

- One-sided Aluminium printed circuit boards with 70-micron thick foil thickness and aluminium foil thickness 1.5mm - 8,90 BGN incl. VAT

 Factors with impact on the base price of printed circuit boards: 

 Photo solder mask +10% - one-sided (for FR4 + 15% - two-sided) of the base price per 1dm²
 Possible colours: green, white, black, blue and red 
 Colours without cost: green and white 
 Cost for colours:  
- black +2.5% of the base price  
- blue +5% of the base price 
- red +5% of the base price 
 Marking stamp +10% - one-sided (for FR4 +15% - two-sided) of the base price per 1dm² 
 Possible colours: green, white, black, blue and red 
 Colours without cost: green and white 
 Cost for colours:  
- black +2.5% of the base price  
- blue +5% of the base price 
- red +5% of the base price 
- white LED +15% of the base price 
 Hot tinning HAL +10% of the base price for 1kg 
 Nickel - Gold +20% of the base price per 1dm² 
 Slots less than 0.6mm or larger than 3.2mm +10% of the base price per 1dm² 
 Metallization of printed circuit boards (two-layer) +150% of the base price per 1dm² 
 Thickness of the foil glass textolite  2mm +20% of the base price per 1dm²
 Thickness of copper foil - 70μm +10%, 105μm +15% of the base price per 1dm²
 Routing the printed circuit boards on an outline (straight) contour +10% of the base price per 1dm²
 Contour milling or irregular slot inside +20% of the base price per 1dm² 
 Photo template - 5.00 BGN per a sq. decimetre for each layer. It pays once for the entire batch.

• The minimum order value:

-sided FR4 boards - 40.00 BGN 
-branch with FR4 boards with metalized holes 50.00 BGN
-Aluminium, Alu one-sided printed circuit boards 60.00 BGN
(Minimum value includes the required photo templates for producing the printed circuit board and prices are listed with VAT included.)

• Term of executing:

 Ordinary deadline for executing the order is to ten business days. 
 To five business days: +50% of the order value. 
 To three business days: +100% of the order value.

 In quantities exceeding:

• 100 sq. decimetres discount on the final price of 15%
• 150 sq. decimetres discount on the final price of 20%
• 200 sq. decimetres discount on the final price of 25%
• 300 sq. decimetres discount on the final price of 30%
• 500 sq. decimetres discount on the final price of 35%
• 1000 sq. decimetres discount on the final price of 40%
